We want everyone — including people using assistive technology — to be able to access information about our services and to book a consultation. We aim to meet JIS X 8341-3:2016, the Japanese standard aligned with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML structure with proper headings and landmarks
- Full keyboard operability, including the booking calendar and menus
- Text and interface colors chosen for sufficient contrast
- Descriptive labels for buttons, links, and form fields
- A responsive layout that works on phones, tablets, and desktops
- Correct language attributes for English, Japanese, and Chinese pages
- Appointment times shown in Japan Standard Time and converted to the visitor’s own timezone to avoid confusion
Known limitations
Some third-party components embedded in the site — the Stripe payment checkout and the Google Maps office location — are controlled by those providers and may not fully meet the same standard. If any of these prevents you from completing a task, please contact us and we will assist you directly by phone or email.
