As a licensed administrative scrivener (Gyoseishoshi) corporation, we are additionally bound by the statutory duty of confidentiality under the Administrative Scriveners Act.

When you book a consultation or contact us, we collect only what is necessary:
- Your name and email address
- Phone number (if you provide one)
- The service you are interested in, and the content of any message you send
- Booking details: consultation type, and the requested date and time
- Payment status for paid online consultations (see note below)
3. Payment card information
We do not collect or store your credit card number, security code, or expiry date. Paid online consultations are processed by Stripe, Inc., and card details are entered directly on Stripe’s secure checkout. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded and a transaction reference.
4. Purpose of use
We use personal information only for the following purposes:
- To schedule, confirm, and provide the consultation you request
- To send booking confirmations, reminders, and the online meeting link
- To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form
- To process payment for paid consultations and keep the required accounting records
- To comply with our legal and professional obligations
5. Provision to third parties and outsourcing
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not provide it to third parties except where required by law or with your consent. To operate this site we entrust certain processing to the following service providers, who act on our instructions:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing
- A cloud database provider — secure hosting of booking and message records
- An email delivery provider — sending confirmation and notification emails
- Google LLC — the embedded map of our office on the contact section
6. Cross-border transfer of data
The service providers listed above store and process data on servers that may be located outside Japan, including in the United States. By submitting a booking or contact request, you consent to the transfer of your information to these providers in those countries. Information about each provider’s data-protection framework is available on its website on request to us.
7. Retention period
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal record-keeping obligations (for example, accounting and tax records). When it is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it.
8. Security measures
We take reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access — including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls on our database, and restricting access to authorized personnel only.
9. Your rights — disclosure, correction, and suspension of use
Under the APPI you may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to third parties of your retained personal data. To make a request, contact us using the details in section 11. We will verify your identity and respond without undue delay.
10. Cookies and access data
This site uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to function (for example, to remember your language and, for staff, to keep an admin session). We do not use advertising cookies. Embedded third-party content (the Stripe checkout and the Google map) may set its own cookies governed by those providers’ policies.
11. Confidentiality (Gyoseishoshi duty)
As a licensed Gyoseishoshi corporation, we are bound by a statutory duty of confidentiality. Information you share about your case is treated as confidential and used solely to provide our services.
