Representative Profile
I came to Japan in 2001. After studying Japanese at a Japanese language school, I pursued professional studies in the field of beauty and later gained work experience at a Japanese company.
Having come to Japan from abroad myself, I have built my life and career here step by step — through studying, working, obtaining professional qualifications, and eventually establishing and managing my own practice.
Through my own experience of building a life in Japan as a foreign national, I came to understand firsthand the concerns and challenges faced by foreign residents who wish to live, work, establish a business, or pursue new opportunities in Japan, as well as the complexities of immigration and other administrative procedures.
I passed the Administrative Scrivener Examination in November 2009 and officially registered as a Certified Administrative Scrivener on July 1, 2010. On the same day, I opened my own private practice.
Since then, I have specialized primarily in immigration and visa matters, supporting clients of diverse nationalities and backgrounds with their lives, employment, business establishment, and management in Japan.
On April 18, 2024, I established TOHOASAHI International Legal Office (a Gyoseishoshi corporation) and became its Representative Administrative Scrivener. Drawing on the experience and practical knowledge I have accumulated since opening my private practice, I continue to handle a wide range of international legal and administrative matters.
My practice covers a broad range of Japanese immigration and residence-status applications, including Business Manager, Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services, Intra-company Transferee, Highly Skilled Professional, Permanent Resident, and Dependent status.
I also provide ongoing support to foreign entrepreneurs and overseas companies entering the Japanese market, including assistance with company establishment, administrative procedures related to starting and operating a business, immigration applications, and the employment and acceptance of foreign personnel.
What I value most is not simply preparing and submitting application documents. I take the time to understand each client's background, current circumstances, and — most importantly — what they hope to achieve in Japan. Based on this understanding, I carefully consider the most appropriate approach for each individual case.
Every immigration case is different. For this reason, I look beyond the formal requirements of an application and carefully consider why the application is necessary, how the circumstances should be explained, and what supporting documentation should be provided. I am committed to approaching every case with professionalism, care, and sincerity.
Our services are primarily available in Japanese and Chinese, with support also available in English and Korean. Regardless of nationality or language, I am committed to helping our clients take their next step in Japan with confidence.

Message from the Representative
“I want to work in Japan.”
“I want to establish and manage a business in Japan.”
“I want to live together with my family in Japan.”
“I want to make Japan my long-term home.”
Everyone has a different vision for their future in Japan.
I, too, came to Japan from abroad and built my life here from the ground up. While adapting to differences in language and culture, I studied, worked, obtained professional qualifications, and eventually established my own administrative scrivener practice. Each step of that journey has given me valuable experience and perspective.
Because of my own background, I understand the concerns, expectations, and uncertainties faced by those who are starting a new life, career, or business in Japan. I believe in listening carefully to each client, understanding their individual circumstances, and working together to find the most appropriate path forward.
Since establishing my private practice in 2010, I have dedicated many years to immigration and international administrative matters. Drawing on the experience and professional knowledge I have accumulated over the years, my goal is not simply to complete an application. I want to support my clients beyond the application itself, so that they can continue their lives and businesses in Japan with greater confidence and stability.
I am committed to providing sincere and professional support so that each of my clients can take their next step in Japan with confidence and move closer to the future they envision.
